Custom outdoor resort builds in the heart of the Smokies.
See the whole build before it exists.
A pool and the ground around it is a six-figure decision, and concrete is an expensive place to change your mind. Where owners want that certainty, we model the property first — pool, spa, fire features, decking, planting — and walk it with them on screen, where changes cost nothing. Here is one for a private Smoky Mountain estate, and the same property built.
The 3D walkthrough is an optional upgrade — not every build gets one.

Common questions
- How much does a gunite pool cost in East Tennessee?
- It depends on the size of the pool and what surrounds it — decking, coping, fencing, heating, salt, automation, and site work all move the number. Our free pool estimator turns your dimensions and selections into a planning range in a few minutes. A firm price needs a site visit, an engineering review, and a written proposal.
- What is the difference between a gunite pool and a liner pool?
- A gunite pool is sprayed concrete over steel, so it can be built to any shape, depth, or feature set, then finished with tile, coping, and plaster. A liner pool uses a manufactured shape with a vinyl liner, comes in set sizes, and costs less. Gunite suits custom shapes, tanning ledges, beach entries, and integrated spas. Liner suits standard sizes on a tighter budget.
- Can I see a 3D rendering of my pool before construction starts?
- Yes, as an optional upgrade. We model the whole property first — pool, spa, fire features, decking, and planting — so the design is settled on screen instead of in concrete. Not every build includes one; it is added at the owner’s request.
- How long does it take to build a custom pool?
- Schedule depends on design approval, permitting, site conditions, and weather. Mountain terrain adds excavation and access variables that a flat lot does not have, which is why we walk the property and review grading, utilities, rock, and haul-off before committing to a date.
- Do you handle the whole project, or just the pool?
- The whole project. The team that designs the ground is the team that builds it — pool, waterscapes, hardscape, stone, grading, and planting under one contract, so there is one accountable line from first drawing to final stone.
